Import graph coverage is incomplete in two directly observable ways:

  • Rust extraction only accepts lines beginning with use, so common pub use crate::... re-exports are ignored (src/index/imports.rs:78-115). A project with src/lib.rs containing pub use crate::util::helper; reports no importer for src/util.rs.
  • language_for supports cc, cxx, hpp, hh, hxx, mts, cts, jsx, mjs, and cjs (src/config.rs:38-42), but the extension probes used for extensionless/module resolution omit them (src/index/imports.rs:379-407).

Because dead-code, cycles, importers, and blast-radius results all use this graph, these misses propagate to several user-visible operations. Please cover re-exports and keep resolver extension handling in one shared source of truth with discovery.
