you can use a simple node http server to start a http server for development on localhost:8888.
also added generic nodejs gitignore

- use bootstrap styling
- connections will save the date
- connection duplicates will be removed on a new connection
- saved connections can be toggled between 5 items and all

PlayerInfo displays Info and provide a link to steam profile
Dropdown in the Playerlist offers more options the selected Player
